Online Forms - Contact and Order Forms

We use online entry forms for customers to request information, products, and services. We collect contact information (such as name, address, phone number, email, etc.). Our online entry forms are located and stored in a secure environment using SSL (Secure Socket Layer) technology. Your information is used to complete your order or to get in touch with you, should we have any questions about your order or inquiry. We do not participate in the practice of selling or sharing your information to any outside organizations whatsoever.

Mailing Lists - Specials and Newsletters

At this time, we do not send unsolicited email to our customers. We may do so in the future to let everyone know about specials or for similar purposes. We may also offer a periodically distributed newsletter sometime in the future.

However, we may send important availability or business-impacting information where appropriate. These types of emails are very few and far-between.

You may opt-out of receiving mailings by contacting us.

Sharing Information

The information you provide to us is used for internal purposes only. We may use the information to complete your order or to get in touch with you should we have a question about your order or your inquiry. We do not share or sell your name, address, phone number(s), email address(es) or any of your other personal information that we may receive from you.
