dk Holdings spins off its web design and print design
divisions into new, independent entity, under the name of
dotCOM designers. This follows our recent acquisition of
a San Diego based web hosting company. The two combined
companies will collaboratively provide graphics design, print
media advertising and promotional materials, web site design
and maintenance, web site hosting, and e-commerce integration
services for the B2B and B2C markets.

dotCOM designers acquires two of its California allies in
the digital design marketplace: Calver Graphics (calvergraphics.com)
and PIX-elated (pix-elated.com), and integrates them into one
company under the common name of dotCOM designers.
Both Calver Graphics and PIX-elated are chosen on basis of
mutual compatibility with dotCOM designers' existing services
offerings, excellent reputation among their respective clients,
and a perfect fit within dotCOM designers' corporate culture.
Management positions are extended to, and accepted by, original
executive staff from Calver Graphics and PIX-elated.
